   • Parents or guardians must provide emergency contact details and remain reachable during the session.

2. Behavioral Expectations

   • All participants in staff-supervised sessions are expected to follow the instructions and guidance of the supervising staff.

   • Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session.

   • No running, shouting, or rough play is allowed within the cafe.

   • Gaming equipment must be used properly and with care.

   • Abusive language, aggressive behavior, and vandalism are strictly prohibited.
